Gary graduated from Clemson University in 1999 with a degree in Forest Resource Management. He began his career at Milliken Forestry the same year, serving institutional investors, TIMO clients, and the appraisal department before transitioning to work directly with private landowners in 2005. As a forester, Gary specialized in crafting timber management plans that maximize financial returns while enhancing wildlife habitat and visual aesthetics.
Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2013, and Broker in Charge in 2018, he has adeptly developed disposition and marketing strategies for listed properties and remains committed to guiding both seasoned and novice investors through property acquisitions.
