In 2018, we launched Rural Land Investments (RLI) to strengthen our real estate capabilities and expand our services to a broader audience. In 2024, we further enhanced that platform by franchising with Mossy Oak Properties, increasing exposure for our clients’ properties.

Today, land in the Southeast faces sustained pressure from migration, shifting ownership objectives, and evolving market dynamics. While uncertainty exists around highest and best use and property productivity, opportunity remains strong.

With that in mind, we are proud to announce the transition from Rural Land Investments to Milliken Advisors Realty Group (MARG).

This evolution reflects the growing importance of land in investment strategy, estate planning, and asset protection. Our team now combines experienced commercial (CCIM) and residential professionals with decades of expertise in rural land.
